Starbucks Releases 'Mugunghwa Mug, Tumbler, and Card' Commemorating Samiljeol
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Starbucks Coffee Korea announced on the 26th that it will release mugs and tumblers featuring the Mugunghwa design in celebration of Samiljeol.
The newly launched '21 Mugunghwa Mug 355ml' and '21 SS Mugunghwa Troy Tumbler 355ml' harmoniously express the beautiful shape and colors of the Mugunghwa. To evoke the meaning of Samiljeol through the Mugunghwa, the phrase "Mugunghwa Our National Flower" is engraved on the back of each product.
To commemorate the launch of the Samiljeol MD (merchandise), Starbucks plans to donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales of the Mugunghwa mugs and tumblers to the protection of Korea's independence cultural heritage and scholarship funds for descendants of independence activists.

Additionally, Starbucks will also introduce the ‘2021 Mugunghwa Card,’ a Starbucks card made of paper material. The Mugunghwa Card can be initially charged with a minimum of 5,000 KRW.
