Krafton Increases Developer Salaries by 20 Million Won... Starting Salary 60 Million Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Amid the ongoing trend of salary increases in the gaming industry, Krafton will also raise salaries for development positions by 20 million KRW.
On the 25th, Krafton CEO Kim Chang-han announced this year's management policy through the in-house communication program 'Krafton Live Talk.'
CEO Kim stated that the company will make full investments in newly recruited talent, raising salaries for development positions by 20 million KRW and for non-development positions by 15 million KRW this year.
Krafton will set the starting annual salary for new university graduates at 60 million KRW and 50 million KRW respectively, establishing one of the highest base salary systems in the gaming industry.
The scale of open recruitment will also be significantly expanded to hundreds of hires.
