[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Kim Jin-gyun, CEO of Sh Suhyup Bank, recently held a meeting with branch managers and others, the bank announced on the 23rd.
According to Sh Suhyup Bank, on the 19th, more than 100 days after his inauguration, CEO Kim held a meeting with newly appointed branch managers and deputy branch managers from the metropolitan area and some regional headquarters. At the time, Kim emphasized the role and attitude of on-site leaders.
Since his inauguration in November last year, CEO Kim has been meeting frontline employees at sales sites. He holds a weekly "Lunchbox Meeting," inviting employees during lunch breaks, and ahead of the recent Lunar New Year holiday, he visited branches in the Jeonnam and Gyeongnam regions.
