Hampyeong-gun Promotes Gas Facility Improvement Project for Vulnerable Groups

This project involves replacing old rubber gas pipes, which pose a high risk of accidents, with metal pipes or installing gas safety shut-off devices. The support targets vulnerable groups such as elderly living alone aged 65 or older and households with disabled persons within the jurisdiction.
On the 17th, Hampyeong-eup signed an agreement with a local gas installation specialist company and plans to complete the project for a total of 20 households by the end of the year, starting with the installation of gas safety shut-off devices for three elderly single-person households.
