A Jeonbuk Bank official stated, "We prepared this preferential exchange rate event for individual customers expecting exchange gains due to the weak dollar and corporate customers sensitive to exchange rates, such as import-export companies with frequent foreign exchange transactions," adding, "Since the event benefits are provided through non-face-to-face channels, we will focus on strengthening foreign exchange services in the upcoming non-face-to-face era."
