Ansan Junghung S-Class The First Opens Cyber Model House and Begins Sales
Among a total of 1,021 households, 869 are for general sale
Jungheung Construction Group's Jungheung Togeon will open a cyber model house on the 19th and begin sales of 'Ansan Jungheung S-Class The First' in the Danwon-gu Seonbu-dong 3 Housing Reconstruction Zone in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the housing exhibition center will not be operated, and instead, a cyber model house will be operated. Later, visits to the housing exhibition center will be allowed for the winners.
Located at 1007 Seonbu-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, 'Ansan Jungheung S-Class The First' will be built with 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,021 households of 59㎡ and 84㎡ exclusive use area, of which 869 households will be sold to the general public.
Based on a wide-area road network including Seoansan IC, Gunja IC, and Yeongdong Expressway, it boasts excellent transportation with Subway Line 4, Seohae Line, and Shinansan Line (scheduled for 2024).
It is possible to quickly travel to various parts of the metropolitan area through Choji Station and Ansan Station on Subway Line 4 and Seonbu Station on the Seohae Line. In addition, the Shinansan Line, which connects Ansan City, Siheung City, and Gwangmyeong City to Seoul Guro Digital Complex and Yeouido, is scheduled to open in 2024, further improving transportation conditions in the future.

The model house is located at 178 Gwangdeok 4-ro, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and move-in is scheduled for January 2024.
