Support for Maintenance of Aging Facilities, Fine Dust Reduction Facilities Installation, Apartment Community Revitalization... Partial Amendment of Apartment Support Ordinance ? New Work Environment Improvement Project for Security Guards' Human Rights and Welfare Enhancement
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Mapo-gu (Mayor Yudonggyun) is promoting a project to support costs necessary for the maintenance and management of common facilities within apartment complexes and community activation projects to improve the residential welfare of residents living in multi-family housing.
The district has been conducting the "Multi-family Housing Support Project" since 2006 with the purpose of encouraging residents of multi-family housing to cooperate with each other to improve the residential environment and activate the community within the complex.
In particular, this year, through a partial amendment of the Multi-family Housing Support Ordinance, a provision to support the working environment of workers such as security guards has been established, and a new "Security Guard Working Environment Improvement Project" will be supported.
For multi-family housing complexes with 30 or more households in the area, repair costs for security guard workspaces, convenience facilities, and heating and cooling equipment will be supported to improve the welfare and working environment of workers.
In addition, the "Support for Maintenance Costs of Aged Common Facilities," which has been supported annually, targets multi-family housing complexes with 30 or more households in the area and supports 50-70% of the costs depending on the project content.
▲ Installation and maintenance of security lights and CCTV due to fence or passage opening ▲ Maintenance of children's playgrounds and senior citizen centers ▲ Repair of main roads and security lights ▲ Installation and improvement of disaster safety facilities and energy-saving facilities ▲ Tree planting, etc. are included.
The "Fine Dust Reduction Facility Support" sector will also continue to be supported as interest in environmental and air quality improvement has recently increased.
▲ Installation of air showers ▲ Wall greening from the 1st to 3rd floors ▲ Establishment of electric vehicle charging facility reserves ▲ Planting in senior citizen centers within complexes, targeting multi-family housing complexes with 150 or more households in the area, supporting 50% of the total project cost.
Project costs for facility construction such as maintenance of common facilities and fine dust reduction facilities can be supported up to a maximum of 28 million KRW per complex, and applications can be submitted from February 18 to March 31.
The "Apartment Community Activation Contest Project" supports operating expenses for community activity programs proposed by apartment residents and targets multi-family housing complexes with 150 or more households.
Operating expenses are supported from 1 million KRW up to a maximum of 8 million KRW, and the application period is from March 2 to March 31.
The district plans to review the validity and appropriateness of the project content, conduct on-site investigations, and then decide on the support target and amount through the "Multi-family Housing Support Deliberation Committee."
Priority will be given to multi-family housing complexes that have not received support funds within the last five years and those with 100 or fewer households.
Applications for support can be submitted by visiting the Housing Division of Mapo-gu Office or by mail during the respective reception periods. For more details, you can check the "Notices" section on the Mapo-gu Office website or contact the Housing Management Team of the Housing Division by phone.
