[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Development Bank and Korea Growth Investment Corporation announced on the 17th that, as a result of the document screening for the selection of entrusted operators for the 'Policy-type New Deal Fund' in 2021, 53 out of 84 applying operators passed.
By support field, there are 20 investment proposal-type companies, 6 New Deal growth-type companies, 17 public participation-type companies, and 10 infrastructure companies, totaling 53 companies with a scale of 6 trillion won.

An official from KDB stated, "KDB and Growth Investment Corporation plan to select operators by the end of February after on-site inspections and oral examinations," adding, "We plan to promptly promote the establishment and execution of a 3 trillion won scale Policy-type New Deal Fund in 2021."
