Korea Publication Culture Industry Promotion Agency Donates 300 Books to Gwangjin-gu Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Center
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] The Gwangjin-gu Health Family and Multicultural Family Support Center (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) received 300 books for multicultural children and adolescents from the Korea Publication Culture Industry Promotion Agency.
This book donation was organized to help foster the emotional development and healthy growth of multicultural children and adolescents by creating a reading culture within the local community.
Due to COVID-19 prevention measures, no separate donation event was held, and the donated books will be placed at the Gwangjin-gu Health Family and Multicultural Family Support Center to be provided for families visiting the center.
District Mayor Kim Seon-gap said, “Despite the difficult times due to COVID-19, I am grateful to the Korea Publication Culture Industry Promotion Agency for their warm interest and donation of books for multicultural families,” and added, “The district will continue to prepare various support policies for the healthy lives of families in the district.”
