Didim announced on the 14th that it has signed a business agreement with GS Retail, which has a strong distribution channel, to jointly develop ready-to-eat meal products and mutually support the ready-to-eat meal business. Didim operates more than 15 brands, including Yeonan Sikdang, Mapo Galmaegi, and Baekjewon.
According to the business agreement, both companies promised mutual support and cooperation from product development to production, marketing, promotion, and distribution, including jointly developing and launching ready-to-eat meal products, supporting the entry of Didim's ready-to-eat meal brands into GS Retail, and ensuring smooth supply and quality control of ready-to-eat products.
