Coupang Officially Confirms Listing on US New York Stock Exchange... IPO Process (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Coupang, the largest e-commerce company in Korea, will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States.
On the 12th (local time), Coupang announced that it had submitted a registration statement in accordance with the form to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the listing of Class A common stock.
Coupang plans to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the trading symbol CPNG. The number of common shares to be listed and the price range for the public offering have not yet been decided.

A Coupang official stated, "The securities registration statement will not be submitted in Korea regarding this IPO," and added, "There will be no solicitation of investment targeting domestic investors."
