[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 9th that it will implement a second round of water and sewage fee reductions this year, following last year, to share the burden of small business owners suffering from the prolonged spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Small business owners in the area can apply at the Geochang-gun Waterworks Office or the respective town and township offices by June 30, and from the following month's billed charges, they can receive a 50% discount on fees for three months.
The application documents include a copy of the business registration certificate and a manual fee reduction application form. Small business owners who received benefits through last year's water and sewage fee reduction application can apply again.
