[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Kim Young-jin, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KT, said during the 2020 Q4 earnings conference call held on the afternoon of the 9th, in response to a question about this year's dividend outlook, "We have previously stated that we would pay dividends amounting to 50% of adjusted short-term net profit," adding, "We aim to achieve an operating profit of 1 trillion won in 2021 and will strive to improve operating profit compared to the previous year. Depending on the degree of profitability improvement, we will also make efforts to expand dividends."
