[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] TMON recently announced that the time commerce representative stores '10 Minute Attack' and '100 Second Attack' ranked first and second in shopping search terms over the past month. Sales through time store searches surged more than eightfold, demonstrating increased purchase effectiveness by offering special deals every hour.
On the 9th, TMON revealed that, based on an analysis of shopping search rankings over the past month, the time commerce representative store 10 Minute Attack ranked first, followed by 100 Second Attack in second place.
Search volume related to TMON's time stores has surged over the past year, increasing more than fourfold compared to the same period last year. Purchasers through store searches increased about sevenfold, sales increased eightfold, and purchase prices also more than doubled significantly.
A TMON official stated, "It is very unusual for store names, rather than specific product names, to rank high in shopping keywords," and analyzed, "The competitiveness of special deal products offered through time stores is recognized as a positive factor by customers." TMON is focusing on promoting time commerce that attracts customers by offering special deals every hour.
New time stores are also being continuously established. Events such as First Day on the 1st of every month, TMON Day every Monday, and Free Shipping Day every Friday are held. The '100 Second Attack' opens every morning at 9 AM for 100 seconds, the '10 Minute Attack' runs every day at 10 AM for 10 minutes, and time-based stores such as Morning Time, Night Time, and Late Night Time continue 24 hours a day.
During the COVID-19 situation, selling KF94 masks at half price through 10 Minute Attack resulted in total sales of 350,000 masks and 200 million won in just 10 minutes.
