Recruiting up to 20 members for the 2021 Gwangjin-gu SNS Reporter Team until February 23
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is recruiting participants for the '2021 Gwangjin-gu SNS Reporters' until the 23rd.
The Gwangjin-gu SNS Reporters have been operating since 2015 to share and promote district projects on SNS from the residents' perspective, delivering district news in a friendly manner.
The recruitment target is up to 20 residents aged 19 or older who live in Gwangjin-gu or have their living area such as school or workplace in Gwangjin-gu. Applicants must operate a personal blog and be able to post at least two Gwangjin-gu coverage articles per month.
The activity period is from March to December, and the main activities include ▲ discovering and introducing various news such as district culture, attractions, and living information ▲ sharing and promoting district news on personal blogs and SNS ▲ covering district festivals and events and writing reviews of resident participation programs.
Selected SNS reporters will receive a letter of appointment and a reporter ID card, and excellent articles will be selected monthly with a payment of 30,000 KRW per article. Outstanding reporters may also be recommended for regular citizen commendations.
Residents who wish to participate can access the online form and submit their application within the deadline.

Mayor Kim Seon-gap said, “SNS is an important promotional medium that allows two-way communication by sharing big and small news of district administration,” and added, “We hope many residents will participate to discover various news of Gwangjin-gu and widely promote it through SNS.”
