[Asia Economy Reporter Naju-seok] Former lawmaker Na Kyung-won, who is running in the People Power Party's Seoul mayoral primary, announced on the 8th that she has recruited former Minister of Information and Communication Jin Dae-je as an expert advisor.
Former Minister Jin was a key figure behind the semiconductor success story at Samsung Electronics and served as Minister of Information and Communication during the Roh Moo-hyun administration.
Through social networking services (SNS), former lawmaker Na said, "Former Minister Jin, who was a key player in the semiconductor success story and is leading the agenda of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, has agreed to lend his support." Former Minister Jin is expected to assist in promoting IT and Fourth Industrial Revolution-related pledges announced by former lawmaker Na, including the creation of the Northeast Seoul Digi-Tech Hub, the establishment of the Magok Convergence Hub, and the construction of the world's largest AI Hub Center.
