Doosan Bobcat Reports Operating Profit of 393.9 Billion KRW Last Year, Down 17.4% Year-on-Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Doosan Bobcat announced on the 8th that its operating profit on a consolidated basis last year was 393.9 billion KRW, a 17.4% decrease compared to the previous year.
Sales amounted to 4.2821 trillion KRW, down 5.0% from the previous year, and net profit was 247.5 billion KRW, a 9.1% decline.
In the fourth quarter of last year, sales reached 1.1691 trillion KRW, a 3.6% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating profit was 131.5 billion KRW, up 36.7%.

Doosan Bobcat explained that although global demand for small construction equipment significantly declined due to the impact of COVID-19, strong sales in the North American region minimized the decrease in sales.
