Previously, to use e-coupons (Gifticons) by methods other than ordering through the BBQ application (app), customers had to visit the store in person or confirm the e-coupon number by calling the call center or the store to place an order. The newly introduced 'Visible ARS' system sends a URL via text message when customers call the store, allowing them to directly enter the e-coupon number on their smartphone screen to place an order. This reduces errors and inconveniences that could occur during the traditional wired e-coupon usage process.
