VIP Asset Management via Video Call... KB Securities Launches Non-Face-to-Face Video Consultation Service
Launch of the 'Smart Advisory Center'
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Securities is establishing a specialized video system that allows VIP clients to manage their assets online.
On the 8th, KB Securities announced that it will implement an advanced non-face-to-face video consultation service for VIP clients. To enhance the 'KB Able Premier Consulting' service provided to VIP clients into a non-face-to-face video consultation, they have built a specialized video system and launched the 'Smart Advisory Center.'
Last year, amid increased volatility due to COVID-19 and changes in real estate-related regulations, demand for consultations grew. While general clients mostly used phone consultations, VIP clients had a strong demand for face-to-face consultations, so this system was prepared to respond to that. A KB Securities official stated, "We introduced video consultation services so that high-net-worth clients do not miss consultation opportunities anytime and anywhere," adding, "As more clients become accustomed to mobile devices rather than face-to-face meetings, the introduction of video consultation services will enhance customer convenience and increase satisfaction."
Clients wishing to receive video consultation services can apply for their preferred date and time through their branch PB. Once the consultation request is completed, they will automatically connect to the video application (app) via an invitation code sent by text message, where they can consult with experts in various fields. For more details, inquiries can be made through the nearest branch.
