View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Jangheung County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Jeong Jong-sun) announced on the 8th that on the 5th, the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters and Jangheung Fire Station jointly conducted a winter fire prevention publicity campaign in front of Jangheung Terminal.
This campaign, conducted to prevent residential fires in winter, was carried out by distributing residential fire safety equipment (fire detectors) and fire safety promotional leaflets to drivers of vehicles stopped at traffic signals using a drive-thru system.
The drive-thru system allows receiving necessary services without leaving the car, minimizing face-to-face contact, and has been utilized at screening clinics, receiving positive evaluations.
On the day of the campaign, all participants wore masks, used hand sanitizer, wore gloves, and adhered to social distancing rules to prevent COVID-19 infection. Through the campaign, the importance of winter fire safety and residential fire safety equipment was conveyed to the residents.
