Fubon Hyundai Life stated that it held a strategy meeting under the theme of "Customer Satisfaction through Complete Sales (Quality First)" on the same day. Only executives such as department and division heads attended the meeting, while employees participated non-face-to-face through the company network.
As a sales strategy, the company plans to maintain the continuous growth of its main channel, retirement pensions, while improving profitability through a product portfolio enhancement that combines savings and protection in the bancassurance (BA) channel. Additionally, improving the efficiency of the telemarketing (TM) channel and the gradual growth of the financial planner (FP) channel were selected as sales tasks for this year. Re-entry into the insurance agency (GA) channel will also be considered.
The company will also prepare thoroughly for the proactive response to the new International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS17) and the new solvency regime (K-ICS) scheduled to be introduced in 2023, and will pursue diverse overseas investments by leveraging the asset management strengths of its largest shareholder, Taiwan Fubon Life. Furthermore, it plans to expand talent development to enhance brand competitiveness and the growth of its members.
