View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] NS Home Shopping announced on the 3rd that it will conduct a satisfaction survey targeting its partner companies until the 28th to efficiently operate the win-win growth program.
NS Home Shopping operates various support systems and educational programs for partner company employees in areas such as ▲financial support ▲sales channel support ▲productivity and product support ▲know-how support to achieve win-win growth with its partners.
This survey was conducted to gather partner companies' opinions on the 2021 win-win growth program and to strengthen skinship with partners, which has been lacking due to COVID-19. Before collecting opinions through online and mail surveys, a guidebook containing information about the win-win growth program and best product news, along with sample boxes, were delivered to partner companies.
The survey items include satisfaction evaluation of the 2020 win-win growth program, ease of use of the transaction system, and satisfaction with fair trade. The survey results will be actively reflected in the planning and operation of future win-win growth programs.
