Publication of Integrated Case Management Stories Accumulating and Sharing Know-How by Implementing Agencies... Featuring Excellent Activity Cases of Visiting Community Centers and Local Private Organizations
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gangdong-gu (Mayor Lee Jeong-hoon) has published the integrated case management activity book "2020 Embracing Happiness with Hope" through public-private cooperation.
The district publishes an activity book every year to promote cases of the integrated case management project that discovers and supports crisis households with complex difficulties, and to accumulate and share know-how by case management agencies.
Published for the eighth time, this casebook includes stories of expert supervision provided during the case intervention process, stories of trial and error in neighborhood case management, sharing difficult and rewarding impressions while managing cases, the consulting process of the Gangdong-gu task force and consultants for revitalizing neighborhood integrated case management, and activities such as education and workshops to strengthen the capabilities of case managers and welfare planners.
Also, various activity cases of cooperation among the Gangdong-gu Hope Welfare Support Group, neighborhood community centers, and private organizations performing case management are included.
Two hundred copies of the casebook will be published and distributed to public institutions such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seoul City, autonomous districts, and private organizations in the region.
