He said, "One of the most important tasks of our diplomacy is to continue developing the alliance relationship in a healthier and more reciprocal manner," adding, "From this perspective, since the inauguration of the Biden administration, the swift communication between National Security Advisor Suh Hoon and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, Defense Minister Suh Wook and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, as well as yesterday between Minister Kang Kyung-wha and new Secretary of State Antony Blinken, is very encouraging."
