This course is designed for professionals working in real estate finance, REITs, and asset management to quickly acquire practical knowledge on commercial real estate investment methods and strategies. In particular, the curriculum features case-based lectures by industry experts covering current investment market conditions, case studies by investment target, and case analyses by financing methods, aimed at enhancing the practical capabilities of related professionals.
