View original image[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] The Donghaean Economic Free Zone Authority announced on the 24th that "on the 22nd, together with the Donghae Branch of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation Gangwon Regional Headquarters, we completed the review of tenant companies for the Bukpyeong District (Bukpyeong National Industrial Complex) long-term rental complex and selected three final companies out of six applicants."
The evaluation was conducted by a panel of private experts, and as a result, three companies?Geumgang CNT Co., Ltd., Beomwoo Co., Ltd., and Jiseok Engineering Co., Ltd.?were selected.
The rental announcement was made for five plots totaling 4,190㎡ (approximately 1,200 pyeong) in the first phase, and after a plot lottery, lease contracts and tenancy agreements are scheduled to be signed starting from the 27th. Remaining plots will be leased during the second announcement phase.

The long-term rental complex offers a rental fee of 85 KRW per square meter per month to promote investment in the economic zone and alleviate cost burdens for small and medium-sized enterprises. The lease term is on a 10-year basis, with renewals possible up to a maximum of 50 years.
