WEMAKEPRICE Launches 'Reuse Campaign' for Delivery Plastic Bags
Support for Packaging Materials for Small Business Owners
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Wemakeprice is conducting a project that repurposes discarded delivery plastic bags for their original use. On the 19th, Wemakeprice announced that it will carry out the 'Reuse Campaign' in collaboration with the social enterprise 'Touch for Good,' providing delivery plastic bags free of charge to individual creators, social ventures, and small-scale sellers.
The Reuse Campaign was planned with the goal of resource circulation, helping discarded resources find useful purposes. Wemakeprice will provide 100,000 delivery plastic bags, which are currently stored unused due to a change in purpose, to places where they can be more effectively used without disposal or separate processing. This reduces resource waste and lowers the purchasing cost burden for small business owners.
The bags come in three sizes and are polybags made of plastic material printed with the Wemakeprice logo. They can be requested in sets of 200 bags. They can be received either by visit or delivery, with only a nominal delivery fee charged for delivery. Depending on the reason for application, the delivery fee may also be supported. Applications can be submitted by filling out the application form through links announced on the Touch for Good website, Instagram, blog, and other SNS by the 26th. Selected recipients will be announced on the 29th, and products can be received via delivery starting early next month.
