Deloitte Consulting Signs MOU with Bespin Global to Expand Cloud Business
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Deloitte Consulting Korea announced on the 15th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the cloud consulting sector with Bespin Global on the 14th. The signing ceremony was attended by Song Sooyoung, CEO of Deloitte Consulting, and Lee Hanju, CEO of Bespin Global.
This agreement was made to establish and expand global partnerships targeting various domestic and international companies, develop cloud business models, and discover diverse new business opportunities.
Through this agreement, Deloitte Consulting and Bespin Global plan to jointly establish cloud business plans in the ICT, distribution, and automotive sectors. The main contents of the agreement include the joint development of OpsNow (a multi-cloud management automation solution business) and cloud-native applications, discovering related business opportunities, and jointly promoting cloud-based IT outsourcing businesses specialized for private equity-acquired companies. To this end, the two companies will form a committee to collaborate from business planning to service proposal and delivery stages. In particular, they will expand partnerships with global cloud vendors and telecommunications companies to build a global network and actively discover new business opportunities in the cloud sector both domestically and internationally.
Accordingly, Deloitte Consulting has secured competitiveness in performing the entire range from cloud adoption strategy formulation to actual migration and cloud operations through this MOU with Bespin Global.
Lee Hanju, CEO of Bespin Global, stated, “The collaboration between Deloitte Consulting Korea, a world-class consulting firm, and Bespin Global, a global cloud management company, will accelerate the digital transformation of various companies.” He added, “As an AI big tech company with practical know-how, Bespin Global will create broader business opportunities centered on the cloud business platform OpsNow.”
