The Foundation, an institution funded by Gyeongsangnam-do, successfully completed the government's public sector regular employee conversion initiative.
It also received high marks for various system improvements aimed at enhancing employee welfare and treatment, as well as for organizational management supporting work-family balance.

Cha Yoon-jae, the Foundation's director, stated, "As an institution carrying out youth policies in Gyeongsangnam-do leading human rights management, youth leaders themselves must be happy to create a happy Gyeongnam for youth," adding, "We will continue to communicate and cooperate horizontally to create a human rights-friendly workplace culture."
