[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seok-jin] One investigator affiliated with the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the 6th.
The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office announced in the afternoon, "One of our employees tested positive for COVID-19 following a diagnostic test," adding, "The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office 'COVID-19 Immediate Response Team' immediately placed three first-degree contacts under self-quarantine and arranged for their diagnostic tests. Additionally, urgent disinfection and temporary closure measures have been completed for the office on the first floor of the main building where the employee worked and the areas they stayed in."
They further stated, "We will continue to cooperate closely with health authorities to thoroughly carry out follow-up measures, including identifying close and secondary contacts."
