The 'Government Awards for Job Creation Merit,' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is a system that discovers and rewards individuals and organizations that have contributed to creating good jobs by leading improvements in job quality.
Since 2017, HF Corporation has converted 48 fixed-term and dispatched workers into regular employees, and in 2019, it established a subsidiary to convert 147 call center contract workers into regular employees, faithfully implementing government policies and receiving high evaluations for creating quality jobs.
