National Tax Service Revamps 'Nuri Jip' Website... Redesigned as a National Tax Platform
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] The National Tax Service (NTS) announced on the 4th that it will newly renovate and provide the NTS website, which serves as a communication channel with the public.
The accessibility and usability have been significantly improved so that taxpayers can more easily access national tax information for filing and payment of national taxes.
In addition, to strengthen communication with the public, a comprehensive public communication channel called the 'National Tax Service 100x Utilization Guide Map' has been launched, and dedicated websites for taxpayer rights protection (Taxpayer Rights 24) and national tax consultation (National Tax Consultation Center) have also been newly established.
Furthermore, emphasis was placed on enhancing mobile non-face-to-face services in preparation for the post-COVID-19 era.
An NTS official stated, "We will continue to promote digital innovation in national tax services, including improving filing convenience through Hometax 2.0 in response to changes in the tax environment."
