Jeong Eun-mi, the floor leader of the Justice Party, who was on a hunger strike in front of the National Assembly main building in Yeouido, Seoul, urging the enactment of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, was transported to a hospital on the 2nd due to a deterioration in her health.

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Kang Eun-mi, the floor leader of the Justice Party, who had been on a hunger strike for 23 days urging the enactment of the Serious Accident Corporate Punishment Act, was transferred to a hospital on the 2nd due to a deterioration in her condition.
According to the Justice Party, Kang complained of severe stomach pain that day, and medical staff waiting on site judged her condition to be serious, so she was transferred to Green Hospital in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, around 4:15 PM.
Kang began the hunger strike protest on December 11 last year together with Kim Mi-sook, chairperson of the Kim Yong-gyun Foundation and mother of the late Kim Yong-gyun, and Lee Yong-gwan, father of PD Lee Han-bit.
