View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] The idol music film 'Idol Recipe' has finalized its casting and will begin full-scale filming in January.
The cast includes six idols: Baek Yoo-hee, Kenta, Moon Jong-eop, So-hee, Yoo Ho-yeon, and Na-hyun.
The film tells the story of 'Bella,' an unknown idol group turned ragtag team due to their agency's neglect, who, after conflicts with their unscrupulous manager Bae Jae-sung?who tried to sell them out?achieve harmony and eventually succeed in entering the Billboard charts.
In the movie, the Bella members express their individual stories through musical choreography featuring theme songs with diverse personalities.
In the latter part of the film, the complete group performs a dazzling main theme performance.
Baek Yoo-hee, formerly of Dal Shabet and now an actress, plays 'Kelly,' the producer of Bella; Kenta, who has many overseas fans, plays 'Ready,' the dancer; Na-hyun plays 'Jenia,' the visual member; and Moon Jong-eop plays 'Jang Jun,' the genius composer who is dating Jenia.
Additionally, Yoo Ho-yeon is confirmed as 'Do-young,' the leader of Bella and a math genius, and So-hee is confirmed as 'Jian,' the female leader and main vocalist.

The film's director, Peter Lee, was the executive producer of dramas such as Full House, Fashion 70s, and Daemang. He previously directed the 2015 web drama 'First Love: The Law of Immortality' and the 2016 drama 'Romantic Boss.'
