[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Woori Financial Group announced on the 29th that it has launched the ‘Woori WON Together’ service, which allows integrated management of asset status across subsidiaries such as Woori Bank, Woori Card, and Woori Comprehensive Financial Services.
Woori WON Together is a specialized service that enables customers to manage assets of other Woori Financial Group subsidiaries regardless of which smart app they access, including Woori WON Banking (Woori Bank), Woori WON Card (Woori Card), WeBe Members (Woori Card), and Smart Banking (Woori Comprehensive Financial Services).
For example, a Woori Bank customer accessing Woori WON Banking can issue a new Woori Card through the ‘Woori WON Together’ platform and also subscribe to products from Woori Comprehensive Financial Services.
Without installing a separate application (app), customers can view their assets, card payment amounts and usage details, and Honey Money balances all on one screen within each platform. It is a one-stop service that immediately links to subscribing to products from other subsidiaries or issuing new cards.
In particular, by enabling integrated inquiry of asset status scattered across multiple subsidiaries through Woori WON Together, user convenience is expected to improve dramatically, and effective marketing tailored to customer needs is also anticipated.
