'Drunk Driving' Bae Sung-woo Sent to Prosecution with Indictment Opinion

On the 28th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that Bae, who is accused of violating the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving), was sent to the prosecution last week with a recommendation for indictment.
Bae was caught in a police DUI checkpoint after having drinks with an acquaintance in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul last month. At the time, Bae's blood alcohol concentration was recorded at 0.08% or higher, which is the level for license cancellation.
