Seoul City Cancels Events at 19 Sunrise Viewing Spots

Along with this, Seoul will also conduct surprise inspections on gatherings of five or more people at party rooms during the year-end and New Year holidays. Seoul has carried out special inspections of party rooms during the holiday period to notify them of the prohibition of gatherings and to inform them of fines and penalties for secondary violations.
