Kim Hyung-il, who will newly take the helm of Hanyang, graduated from Hanyang University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and joined Hyundai Construction in 1980. Over approximately 40 years, he has achieved outstanding results in the domestic and international housing and construction sectors, serving as ▲ Head of the Architecture Business Division (Executive Director) ▲ Head of Domestic Sales Division (Executive Director) ▲ Head of Global Marketing Division (Vice President). Kim will be officially appointed as CEO after going through the shareholders' meeting and board of directors.
Kim is expected to not only secure high-quality orders but also steadily advance projects in housing development, a key focus area for Hanyang, leveraging his abundant sales know-how and business experience in both public and private development projects.

Meanwhile, Hanyang, which has successfully completed and is operating the 'Solar City Solar Power Plant' equipped with the largest domestic 98MW power generation facility and the world's largest 306MWh energy storage system (ESS), plans to aggressively pursue projects in renewable energy development and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) fields such as onshore and floating solar power and wind power. This includes the recently won largest domestic 73MW floating solar project, the 'Saemangeum Sunlight Sharing Project.' Additionally, Hanyang aims to establish a solid position as a smart city, housing development, and energy company by advancing future new businesses such as the Northeast Asia Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) hub terminal, which recently began construction, and the Gwangyang Biomass Power Plant scheduled to start construction next year.
