[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Eun-young] On Monday the 28th, the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, with snow or rain expected overnight, so caution is advised for icy road accidents.
In Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and northern Gangwon Yeongseo, a little rain or snow is expected briefly at dawn, and raindrops or snow will fall in southern Gyeonggi and southern Gangwon Yeongseo as well.
From 9 PM on the 27th to 3 AM on the 28th, 5 mm of rain will fall in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, and northern Gangwon Yeongseo. The expected snowfall is less than 1 cm in northern Gangwon Yeongseo.
After the snow stops, mostly cloudy weather will continue nationwide except for Jeonnam and Gyeongsang.
The morning low temperatures by region are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 4°C △Chuncheon -1°C △Gangneung 6°C △Daejeon 0°C △Cheongju 0°C △Daegu 0°C △Gwangju 2°C △Jeonju 1°C △Busan 6°C △Jeju 9°C.
The daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 9°C △Chuncheon 8°C △Gangneung 12°C △Daejeon 11°C △Cheongju 10°C △Daegu 12°C △Gwangju 14°C △Jeonju 12°C △Busan 15°C △Jeju 15°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in most central regions and some Yeongnam areas.

The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Due to the temperature drop overnight, snow and rain will freeze, creating thin ice on roads and many slippery spots," and urged, "Special caution is required for traffic safety during the morning hours."
