Gwangyang Lions Association Holds 'Beautiful Journey Love Kimchi Sharing Event'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] The Gwangyang Lions Club Association (President Seo Nam-soon) held a 'Beautiful Companion Love Kimchi Sharing Event' for neighbors in need at the Zelkova Tree Guesthouse located in Okryong-myeon the day before.
On this day, 20 members of the Gwangyang Lions Club Association participated and made 200 heads of kimchi, which were delivered to about 100 vulnerable households in the area, centered on Okryong-myeon.
Seo Nam-soon, president of the Gwangyang Lions Club Association, said, "We carried out this project to practice beautiful companionship through kimchi volunteer work," and added, "We are pleased to deliver kimchi to neighbors who are struggling due to COVID-19."
