Born in 1965, the new Vice Minister Park graduated from Seongsu High School in Chuncheon and earned a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Seoul National University, followed by a master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Seoul National University Graduate School. He has served as a director of the National Agriculture Forum, a member of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Agricultural Policy Reform Committee, a member of the Seoul Metropolitan Food Citizens Committee, and president of the Regional Agriculture Network Cooperative Federation.
