Through this partnership, both companies plan to collaborate in various areas including ▲launching the Coffee Bean PLCC ▲promoting hyper-personalized marketing through data integration ▲jointly discovering new businesses that can create synergy.
The upcoming Coffee Bean PLCC will offer Coffee Bean-specialized services such as discounts and coupons favored by customers based on big data analysis, and will be designed to provide discount benefits in various daily life sectors such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and academies.
Additionally, leveraging KB Kookmin Card’s big data-based real-time marketing program, the 'Smart Offering System,' and Coffee Bean’s accumulated marketing know-how including its membership service, a variety of hyper-personalized customized marketing activities will be carried out.
