On the 22nd, Kia Motors held a non-face-to-face business agreement ceremony and announced on the 23rd that it had signed a "Business Agreement (MOU) to Support the Sustainable Growth of Women Venture Companies" with the Korea Women Venture Association. Through this agreement, Kia Motors and the Korea Women Venture Association plan to operate various support programs for women venture companies over the next six months.
First, a test drive support program will be operated for member companies belonging to the Korea Women Venture Association. Opportunities will be provided to test drive Kia's flagship sedan, the The K9, and the performance sedan, the Stinger. Additionally, if the registered company representatives themselves or the company name purchase The K9 or Stinger vehicles, a 2% discount benefit will be given.
Furthermore, Kia Motors will serve as the official sponsor of the "Women Startup and Innovation Idea Contest," which evaluates technological innovation for startups within seven years of establishment organized by the Korea Women Venture Association. The plan is to support the activation of women's venture startups by awarding one business vehicle 'Ray' to the contest winners.
In addition, Kia Motors plans to reflect the needs of B2B customers by inspecting logistics and business vehicle-related requirements and receiving ideas for mobility services from member companies of the association. The Korea Women Venture Association will emphasize cooperation with Kia Motors through promotions on its website and mobile channels, mailings, web magazines, offline event sponsorship notations, and event explanations.
