Since 2011, Gimcheon City has steadily fostered and organized Gangsonong by conducting management improvement practice education, regular meetings of autonomous groups, and field trips, thereby enhancing agricultural competitiveness.
This year, despite difficulties in promoting education due to COVID-19, they have continuously conducted management improvement education for fostering Gangsonong, a presentation of agricultural product processing prototypes, and online marketing education related to informatization education necessary for management improvement.
In October, they participated in the '2020 Online Gangsonong Expo,' promoting excellent local specialty live products and expanding the promotion and sales channels of Gangsonong products through the Gangsonong direct online marketplace. They also made efforts to foster autonomous groups of Gangsonong through live commerce and YouTube education in the non-face-to-face era.
