Publicly supported private rental housing has the advantage of lower rent compared to surrounding market prices. General housing rents are capped at 95% or less of market prices, and youth housing rents are capped at 85% or less. Priority is given to the homeless, and more than 20% is specially allocated to youth and newlyweds.
The Paju Unjeong 3 A-3 district site covers a total of 70,928㎡. It plans to supply 1,222 units of multi-family housing with exclusive areas of 60㎡ or less and 60-85㎡. It is easily accessible to adjacent cities, counties, and districts via the Seoul-Munsan Expressway and National Road No. 77 (Jayuro), and Unjeong Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line) is located about 2 km south of the project site.
Jisan Elementary School, Hangaram Middle School, and Jisan High School are nearby, along with convenience facilities such as hospitals, large marts, cinemas, and restaurants, as well as Garam Library, Unjeong Lake Park, and Unjeong Sports Park. LH will announce the public offering for businesses on the 23rd, and letters of intent will be accepted on January 5-6 next year. Only businesses that submit letters of intent will be asked to submit business plans on February 24 next year, and a preferred negotiation partner will be selected through evaluation in March. The selected preferred negotiation partner will proceed with the project in earnest after going through procedures following detailed business discussions with the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG).
