The People Power Party announced on the 20th that Chairman Kim received a negative result after urgently visiting the Central Medical Center and undergoing a COVID-19 test following the confirmed report of spokesperson Yoon Hee-seok.
Spokesperson Yoon, who attended the emergency committee meeting with the party leadership on the 17th, reported a positive diagnosis on the 19th. Subsequently, Chairman Kim ordered that everyone who had direct or indirect contact with spokesperson Yoon undergo COVID-19 testing after he himself was tested.
Floor leader Joo Ho-young, Secretary General Jeong Yang-seok, Secretary Song Eon-seok, and spokesperson Bae Jun-young, who also attended this meeting, were notified of negative test results.
