The Seoul Northern Branch oversees four autonomous districts in Seoul (Gangbuk-gu, Nowon-gu, Dobong-gu, Seongbuk-gu) and five cities/counties in Gyeonggi Province (Dongducheon-si, Yangju-si, Uijeongbu-si, Yeoncheon-gun, Pocheon-si).
