On the same day, Yoo said on his Facebook, "K-Quarantine was achieved through the blood, sweat, and tears of the people and medical staff, but securing vaccines is the government's responsibility, and the Moon Jae-in administration failed due to incompetence and dereliction of duty."
Yoo explained, "Today, President Moon Jae-in announced the '2021 Economic Policy Direction' and projected a growth rate of 3.2% for next year," adding, "The 3.2% growth forecast for next year is merely a projection that does not take into account the current severe spread of COVID-19 and the failure to secure vaccines."
He continued, "Next year, the global economy will experience a 'vaccine divide,'" saying, "Countries that have secured vaccines will graduate from COVID-19 and see economic vitality revive, while countries that failed to secure vaccines will inevitably fall behind."
He then criticized, "President Moon Jae-in, who failed to secure vaccines due to his own incompetence and dereliction of duty, has no right to talk about a 'fast and strong economic recovery,'" and added, "What a national leader must do in this emergency crisis is to apologize to the people for the failure in vaccine procurement and promise to do their utmost to secure vaccines from now on and take action."
He also said, "Although exports are doing well, except for a few sectors such as semiconductors, polarization within manufacturing is intensifying," and added, "Polarization in the domestic service market is even more severe, with numerous self-employed and small businesses closing their doors and the worst employment cold wave approaching."
Yoo emphasized, "Our social safety net to cope with COVID-19 polarization must be much stronger and more comprehensive than before the pandemic," and said, "The government must keep in mind that it is now a situation where budgets that are not immediately necessary for civil engineering projects should be spent on the social safety net."

Finally, Yoo stressed, "Let us clearly understand that public rental housing is residential welfare where the state helps low-income groups, youth, and elderly who cannot even afford a single-room monthly rent due to lack of money to live a dignified life," and added, "To help the middle and lower classes achieve their dream of owning a home, only policies that supply housing where people want to live and in places they want to live can restore the ladder to homeownership."
