Clayarch Gimhae Museum of Art Opens Resident Artists' Exhibition 'Jeopchok' at Ceramic Creation Center
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Gimhae Cultural Foundation's Clayarch Gimhae Museum of Art announced on the 17th that it will hold the 2020 Ceramic Creation Center Resident Artists Report Exhibition "Contact".
The participating artists include a total of 8 artists: Korean artists Kim Miru, Moon Hyeju, Park Jeong, and Japanese artist Rena Kudo, producing and exhibiting about 30 ceramic and installation works.
This exhibition was fueled by the artists' determination to continue the value of the Ceramic Creation Center despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
The exhibition title "Contact" encapsulates the artists' unique ways of expression to connect with the public in an era where face-to-face interaction is not possible.
The museum operates under strict quarantine guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and is preparing an online exhibition for visitors who cannot visit in person.
