DBC Wins Contract for CCTV Purchase and Installation Project at Osong Health and Medical Administration Town
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Daily Blockchain (hereinafter DBC), a specialized ICT solution company based on 4th industrial revolution technologies, announced on the 17th that it has commenced the purchase and installation project of the CCTV system for Osong Health and Medical Administration Town.
With the aim of strengthening security at the Osong Health and Medical Administration Town building, this project, with a total budget of approximately 2.26 billion KRW, involves replacing the CCTV system for 24-hour uninterrupted video recording to maintain continuous surveillance and establish an immediate response system in case of incidents.
During the project period, DBC plans to integrate key 4th industrial revolution technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) to implement a differentiated CCTV system replacement and build an integrated control system. The company, having prior experience in constructing CCTV control systems for domestic local governments as well as overseas markets in Central America, intends to reinforce its position as a leading company in the related business sector and revalidate its technological capabilities.
Jo Youngjoong, CEO of DBC, stated, “The integrated CCTV control project, where analysis of potential accident risk factors plays the most important role, reduces risks and enables more accurate judgments as technology advances. Since DBC is currently conducting research and development on AI deep learning-based solution construction starting this second half of the year in this business sector, we will continue to advance integrated control technology so that AI can learn and update itself even after system implementation.”
